Lacedandlayd Refund & Returns Policy

At Lacedandlayd, we take pride in offering premium quality human hair wigs. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we have a strict returns policy in place.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the wig must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging with all tags intact. The lace must remain uncut and the hair must not be altered, styled, dyed, or brushed out.

Once a wig has been worn, customized, or the lace has been cut, it is not eligible for return or refund.

Refunds
Refuns are only available if the item arrives damaged or incorrect. To request a refund please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/ videos of the issue. items must be unused, unworn and with the tag still attached to qualify. once approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
No exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Wigs with cut lace

• Wigs that have been worn, styled, washed, or altered

• Custom or made-to-order wigs

• Sale or discounted items

• Tag Removed

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or faulty. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
